There must not be one grain of seasoning missed from every inch of the meat to every crack and piece of fat on the flesh. Soul food, in its name, means making food that touches the Soul, the mind & the body in a way no other food can. Food becomes a part of us when consumed, so make sure it’s cooked with love & Soul. We use wood fire burning, and Gas operated, Top Grade Cooking Equipment to make sure we make every meal to the customer’s specific liking and taste to where it feels as if they just have made it themselves.
